Our Service Guarantee:

 It is our goal to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience here at Styles of Elegance Salon. We are willing to go above and beyond to make this happen..

If you are not satisfied with your service experience please let us know at the time of service or within 24 hours after your service has been performed and within reason, based on your complaint or concern, if founded we will kindly accommodate you. If something goes wrong we appreciate the opportunity to make it right!

 

Customer Service:

Styles of Elegance Salon clients, affectionately referred to as our SOE family, are very important to us, and we want each person to have a pleasurable experience. If you have any question or concerns, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

 

Appointments:

To ensure stylist availability and to secure the time that works best for your schedule we recommend that you make all appointments in advance. For best chance accommodations please remember to book your next appointment before leaving the salon.

 

Arrival:

We request that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow time to relax, browse / discuss style ideas and enjoy a refreshing beverage.

 

Late Policy:

In consideration of the high demand of our services, upon booking, we reserved that time especially for you and try to avoid conflicting with another patron’s personal time. Please be courteous to your SOE Stylist and other clients by arriving on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we reserve the right to and may have to reschedule your appointment.

 

Appointment Cancellations:

We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us.

As a courtesy to our other clients and our staff, and to avoid a $25 No-Show Fee, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance should the need arise that you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

$25 no show fee will be applied to your next appointment if appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours .

***48 hours in advance for extension services, $50 No-Show Fee

 

This aforementioned is in place so we have ample time to fill the appointment slot should you need to cancel your service.

 

If an appointment is re-scheduled or missed 3 individual times within a 6 week window you will be placed on our walk-in basis only list.

 

Confirmation Text and Email:

As a courtesy, each SOE client receives an email/ text appointment reminder a few days prior to the appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the No-Show Fee.

 

Please provide our receptionist with your most recent contact information, to avoid missed reminders.

 

Guest Policy:

Please refrain from bringing additional guest to your appointment due to our limited available seating. We thank you for your cooperation in advance.

 

Children:

While we love our child clientele, our salon policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children. Children 13 years of age and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when serviced.

 

Styles of Elegance and all employees will not be held responsible for unsupervised children. As a result, we kindly request ONLY those minors receiving services be present with a parent / guardian.

 

If you are unable to comply with this policy you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.

 

Product Returns:

If you are not satisfied with a product that you purchased we will gladly exchange it for you if the product is in stock at the time of return, or give you a salon credit.

Product must be returned within 7 days to receive an exchange or credit.

 

No Cash Refunds.

 

Hair purchased at our salon is also non-refundable. A product may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a retail credit in its original packaging untouched.

 

Final sale on promotional or sale items where applicable

 

Deposits:

Some salon services require a non-refundable deposit to reserve the appointment. The time is reserved exclusively for you. The courtesy of a 48-hour notice is appreciated. Failure to give a 48-hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling will result in the loss of your deposit.

 

Disclaimer:

Consultation is required for all services.

Pricing is based on time, length of hair and product used to perform each service. Pricing is subject to increase if additional time or product is needed to accommodate your particular hair needs.

 

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates are offered in any amount of $25 or more. They are not redeemable for cash. Gift certificates are non-refundable and expire 1 year from the purchase date. They are available for purchase in the salon as well as online.

 

Payment:

Payment for services are made at the end of your visit, at the front desk reception area. For your convenience we accept Cash/ Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and S.O.E Gift Cards .
